Q: How are shipping fees determined?
- All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx ground level shipping
- Priority and Express shipping are nor available for orders by the case
- Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance: our shipping fee calculator provide quotes in real time from our Zip code (98012) to your Zip code, depending on the total weight of the items placed in your shopping cart.
- There is a link for determining shipping "as you go" on every page as you purchase your items.

Q: Is shopping on your site really secure?
We implemented the latest in online security procedures to protect your information.
- All information that you provide will be automatically encrypted when transmitted to our server.
- In addition, The Frenchy Bee keeps all customer information confidential: Credit Card numbers are never printed or written down during order processing, and are stored encrypted.
- Your information will never be provided to any outside parties.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
- Items are charged to your credit card account upon shipment.
- Special orders are charged half-down with the balance due upon shipment.
Q: Do I have a choice in shipping carriers?
- We reserve the right to choose the carrier for orders by the case
- Orders are processed and shipped daily with most shipping same day. If delayed, you will be notified
- An email with delivery confirmation tracking will also be provided.
- If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
Q: Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes: if must be registered with an account, so you may add several different shipping addresses which will be stored for you for future purchases.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?

- Additionally, all customers will receive an automated email notification to inform you about your order's status.

Q: What is your return policy?
Our goal is that you will be very happy with your purchases at thefrenchybee.com.
- If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 10 days of purchase.
- Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.866.379.9975 for a Return Approval Number.
- Returned items without approval will not be refunded.
- All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund or an exchange.
- A credit will be issued to your credit card for the item purchase price promptly after receipt of returned merchandise.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items due to their perishable nature and expiry dates.
- If an order is cancelled once shipped or refused delivery, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and will be refunded the product amount only upon return of the unopened package(s).
- Shipping is non-refundable.
