This green yet fruity, three-olive blend is a natural for Tuscan dishes such as classic bean soup (ribollita), appetizers, bruschetta, or even over a bisteccha fi orentina (Florentine steak). It sets off any pasta dish and is a classic “dip” for pinzimonio (a Tuscan medley of fresh, raw vegetables used for dipping).

Mannucci Droandi has a fruity smoothness and persistent finish, and its extremely low free oleic acid content and high level of polyphenols earn it a place as one of the best extra virgin oils in Italy and best organic oil in the Chianti Classico zone.
