Sometimes referred to as "slow fast food" as these selections are designed for those who need a delicious and authentic, yet instant, Italian dish with little or no preparation.

All selections are pre-prepared and come attractively arranged in glass jars containing savory, regionally-focused ingredients such as organic, small-farm raised, Mediterranean vegetables, indigenous grains and legumes, and hand-packed, aged cheese tomini (little disks).

Each selection can compliment a wide range of dishes or you can enjoy them a la carte. The producers do all the cooking, and we bring it to you.
